Refund Policy

We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you do not use.

Within 14 days

Ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you get it back in full — no explanation required, no form to fill in. One email is enough.

After 14 days

Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge you again after that. We do not pro-rate part-used periods by default, but if something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will sort it out.

If the Service does not work for you

If the extension fails to fill forms on the sites your plan says it supports, that is our problem, not yours — tell us and we refund the period regardless of how long ago you paid.

How to ask

Email hello@cvai.store from the address you signed up with. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
